These Terms of Service apply when you use the Wonderful Walls Studio website or purchase products from us.

Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policy.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms that apply to your purchase. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory consumer rights that apply to you.

1. About Wonderful Walls Studio

Wonderful Walls Studio creates individually made wall art, including personalised wooden map artwork.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Wonderful Walls Studio. “You” and “your” refer to the person using our website or purchasing from us.

2. Using our website

You may use our website for lawful personal purposes and to browse, design and purchase our products.

You must not deliberately misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software or use the website in a way that infringes the rights of another person.

Website content, products and features may be updated, changed or withdrawn from time to time.

3. Product information

We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately.

Because many of our products are individually made from natural materials, reasonable variations can occur between products and between a finished product and photographs shown on the website.

Wood can naturally vary in characteristics including grain, colour and tone. Individually produced work can also contain small variations resulting from the making process.

These characteristics do not in themselves constitute faults where they are consistent with the product description and the nature of the materials and production process.

Nothing in this section affects your rights where goods are faulty, not as described, of unsatisfactory quality or otherwise fail to meet applicable consumer law.

4. Personalised map artwork

Our personalised map products are created from choices made by you during the design and ordering process.

The interactive map preview is used to define the area and composition of your artwork. The finished artwork is then individually interpreted, with roads, buildings, landscape features and other details selected to suit the location, scale and design.

The preview should therefore not be understood as an exact visual representation of every feature that will appear in the finished artwork.

Where the design process asks you to review or accept a composition, please check the selected location, map area, orientation, size, detail options and any information you have supplied before proceeding.

We will use the accepted design information as the basis for producing your artwork.

Any optional information you provide about a landmark, building, view, memory or other important feature is used as creative guidance. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, such guidance does not guarantee that a particular feature will be reproduced in a specific way.

This does not affect your rights if the finished product is materially different from what was agreed or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer law.

5. Placing an order

The products, options, prices and availability currently offered are shown on the website.

Before submitting an order, you will have an opportunity to review the information entered and the products selected.

When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the products shown in your order.

We will provide electronic confirmation that your order has been received. Please retain your order information and confirmation for your records.

If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, for example because of an obvious pricing or product information error, inability to produce the item, payment problems or suspected fraudulent activity, we will contact you as appropriate.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cannot fulfil, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

6. Prices and payment

The price, currency, applicable taxes, delivery charges and total amount payable for your order will be shown during the ordering and checkout process as applicable.

Prices, currencies, promotions, shipping charges and payment methods may vary by market and may change over time.

Changes will not alter the agreed price of an order after that order has been accepted, except where you subsequently agree to a change.

Payment is made using the payment methods currently offered at checkout.

Any optional additional charge will only be applied where you have selected or otherwise agreed to it.

7. Personalised products and cancellation

Some products are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised.

Applicable consumer law may treat personalised or custom-made products differently from standard goods when it comes to cancellation or change-of-mind returns.

If you wish to change or cancel a personalised order, please contact us as soon as possible. Whether a change can be made may depend on whether production has already begun.

8. Shipping and delivery

The destinations, shipping services, charges and delivery estimates currently available for an order are displayed on the website or during checkout where applicable.

Some products require a production period before dispatch.

Estimated production and delivery information shown for your order should be read together. The time required to make an item may be separate from the carrier's transit time.

We remain responsible for fulfilling our delivery obligations in accordance with applicable consumer law.

9. Returns, faults and refunds

Your rights and our procedures for cancellations, returns, damaged products, faulty products and refunds are explained in our Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

10. Information provided by you

You are responsible for taking reasonable care when entering information required for a personalised order, including locations, wording and design selections.

If you discover an error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will try to accommodate corrections where reasonably possible, but changes may not be possible after production has begun.

You must not knowingly provide material or instructions that are unlawful or that infringe another person's rights.

11. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the original content and materials created by Wonderful Walls Studio for this website, including our original photographs, written content, branding and product designs, are owned by us or used by us with permission.

Some website functions and content may use information, software, mapping data, imagery or other materials supplied by third parties. Those materials remain subject to the rights and licences of their respective owners.

You may use the website for normal personal browsing and purchasing purposes. You may not reproduce, commercially exploit or distribute our protected material without permission except where the law permits.

12. Third-party services and links

Parts of our website and ordering process may rely on third-party services, including payment, mapping, shipping and ecommerce services.

We may also provide links to third-party websites for convenience.

Third-party services and websites operate under their own terms and policies, and their availability may change.

Nothing in this section limits our responsibilities to you for the products and services that we ourselves are legally responsible for providing.

We take reasonable care to keep the website available and information accurate, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption or that every technical or typographical error will be absent.

If we identify an error affecting an order, we will deal with it reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.

Temporary website or design-tool unavailability does not affect orders that we have already accepted.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights relating to the products you purchase from us or excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable as a result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Events outside our reasonable control

Circumstances outside our reasonable control can occasionally affect production, website operation or delivery.

If such circumstances materially affect an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and will contact you where appropriate.

This section does not remove any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.

16. Privacy

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Please refer to that policy for information about the personal information we collect, why we use it and the rights that may apply to you.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our products, website, business practices or legal requirements.

The terms applicable to an order are those in effect when the relevant contract is made. A later change to these terms will not retrospectively alter an existing order unless required by law or agreed with you.

18. Governing law and consumer rights

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also retain any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the laws of your country or region.

Nothing in these terms is intended to deprive you of any right to bring proceedings in a court available to you under applicable law.
